Recently in life, I have started to work on becoming the carrot-kale-walnuts-tomatoeshealthiest version of myself (it’s my new year’s resolution). When I was in college, I learned about  8 amazing health laws that are extremely beneficial in helping you become the healthiest version of yourself.  Over the next few blog posts, I am going to write about these 8 amazing health laws and the health benefits of them. I will share things I have learned while I have been on this journey and some budget friendly healthy recipes that I love to make. I can’t wait to share my journey with you.
