Hey everyone! It is important to find ways to incorporate self-care into your daily activities. Self-care is the practice of taking care of yourself to improve or preserve your health. When you do not practice self-care, you are at a higher risk for burnout, stress, negative health outcomes, etc. While self-care is important for mental, physical, social, and emotional health, it is often overlooked and neglected. With the increase in stress caused by work, family, the economy, politics, and much more, self-care is essential. So, instead of writing several ways to practice self-care, I have included some resources to help you squeeze in self-care activities during a busy week.
